Basement oil
discovery in Block 51 (East Al-Hajr) in the Hadhramout governorate
of Yemen .
The Canadian
NEXEN East Al-Hajr operated “Bashir Al-Khir K#1” well, It
conducted a primary test results (March 5, 2006) with average of
908 BOPD “Condensate Oil” and about 27 Million SCF/D of Gas .
This is the
First Basement oil and Gas discovery in Block 51. |
