Three major oil pipelines in Yemen transport the bulk of the country’s crude oil production to three terminals on the coast of the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea. The oil infrastructure network consists of more than 1,000 kilometers of oil pipelines including inter-field lines and oil mainlines.
Main Oil Transportation Pipelines:
Marib - Ras Issa pipeline 24-26"; 438 km long with a capacity of 300,000 BPD.
Masila - Ash shihr pipeline 24"; 138 km long with a capacity of 325,000 BPD.
Ayad - Bir Ali pipeline 20"; 207 km long with a capacity of 135,000 BPD.
